I believe our friend PNSChucker is making a joke that plays on the stereotype that there is a correlation between the value of a high-performance vehicle and the size of its owner’s genitalia; that being – the higher the market value of the vehicle, the smaller the man’s organ. In calling the man’s penis “GIANT,” the author is being sarcastic, as he is employing the use of irony to convey his contempt.
