oh – and i think you guys should do a series of Choose Your Own Adventure polls.
.. ya know, like the books? “if you want to follow Alice down the rabbit hole, turn to page 17.”
only yours could be like:
“Your boss is shady as hell. One day you come across some information that reveals there is going to be a “drop” in the back alley at 7pm.”
Would you like to:
- Take the package and run – whatever it is, it’s gotta be valuable.
- Report your boss to the police.
- Record the suspicious activity and use it to blackmail your boss later.
let the majority outcome decide where in the story we go next. at the end, post the entire chain of events so those who didn’t participate in the poll can see the adventure they missed!

That grave story was so sweet!
Californication is on the same intellectual (and visual) level as porn.
The Sopranos is slow at first, kinda like Mad Men, cause they’re building it. The payoff is in the 2nd and subsequent seasons. Dig.

“The Wire” is definitely a have to watch a couple of episodes to get used to it. But once it sucks you in, you can’t stop. I think I love it because there are no good guys, no bad guys, no cliches, it’s just “people” who make good and bad decisions. I just watched District 9 last night, and I think it’s the same sort of thing that made D9 so awesome, it’s because it highlights human nature through excellent story telling.
ANYWAY, not the point I meant to make when I started leaving this comment, wanted to tell Aaron: LOVED the Spy Hunter music during the New York bicycle story.

you should do the theme in the style of “owl city”, or “joy division” or “the smiths/morrissey” or “the darkness”

uh, megs is a genius. Write a tune for / with Dave Bazan to sing. Based on how cool he sounded on the show, I bet he’d do it.
